Idol Fusion Instagram Giveaway – Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
· Open to residents of the UK only.
· Participants must be 16 years or older.
· Employees of Idol Fusion and their immediate families are not eligible.
2. How to Enter
To enter, participants must:
1. Follow @idolfusionuk on Instagram.
2. Like the giveaway post.
3. Tag a friend in the comments of the giveaway post and list your favourite Enhypen song.
Entries must be received before the closing date.
3. Giveaway Period
· Starts: 10 November 2025
· Ends: 28 November 2025 (Midnight)
4. Winner Selection
· Winner will be chosen at random from eligible entries.
· Number of winners: 1
· Winner will be notified via Instagram DM within 2 days of the giveaway ending.
· Winner will be given choice of either A version or B version.
5. Prize Details
Grand Prize: ENHYPEN - OCTOBER 2025 ARENA Magazine (A ver or B ver)
Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
6. Data Protection
· By entering, participants consent to the use of their data for administering the giveaway.
· Personal data will only be used for contacting winners and fulfilling prizes.
· Data will be handled in accordance with UK GDPR/EU GDPR.
7. Publicity
· By accepting the prize, winners agree to the use of their Instagram username for promotional purposes.
8. Liability
· Idol Fusion accepts no responsibility for entries lost, delayed, or misdirected.
· The giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram, Enhypen or Belift Lab.
9. General
· Idol Fusion reserves the right to cancel or amend the giveaway in case of unforeseen circumstances.
· Any disputes will be subject to UK law.
